How to Reconcile Platform Income

A simple checklist

  1. Make sure every shift you worked has orders recorded.
  2. Check that your mileage looks complete, including drives to pickups.
  3. Log any expenses still sitting on receipts in your car.
  4. Confirm your monthly fixed costs are set up and current.
  5. Open Reports and review each month of the year.
  6. Collect the year-end statements from each platform.
  7. Gather your maintenance and vehicle records.
  8. Bring all of it to your tax professional.

Where to find your numbers

  • Reports: earnings, costs, TRUE Profit, miles, and monthly trends.
  • History: entry-by-entry detail.
  • Vehicle Records: maintenance and vehicle costs.

Common gaps

The mistakes drivers most often catch at this point are missing mileage for drives to pickups, unlogged cash expenses, and months where tracking simply lapsed.

Do a short review at the end of each month. It takes minutes then, and hours in the spring.
