Records drivers generally keep
- Mileage driven for work, with dates.
- Earnings by platform.
- Receipts for vehicle and equipment costs.
- Service history for the vehicle.
- Year-end statements from the platforms you drive for.
How the app helps
- Track orders so miles, time, and earnings are captured with a date.
- Log expenses as they happen, with notes.
- Use Vehicle Records for the vehicle's service and cost history.
- Review Reports monthly so gaps are caught while you still remember.
Keeping receipts
Photograph paper receipts the day you get them and store them somewhere durable. The app records the amount; the receipt is your backup for it.
How long to retain records varies. Ask a tax professional what applies to you.
