Exporting Reports
How to get your numbers out of the app, including the Pro recordkeeping download.

You can view your numbers in the app, and Pro members can also download a recordkeeping export of their recorded income, mileage, and expenses for a tax year or custom date range.
Where your numbers live
- History shows every completed order and expense, with a full breakdown per entry.
- Reports shows Profit Analysis: earnings, costs, TRUE Profit, profit per mile, profit per hour, and monthly trends.
Downloading your records (Pro)
- Open Tax Export from the app menu.
- Choose a tax year or a custom date range.
- Download the export file. It saves to your device so you can share it with your records or your tax professional.
Tax Export is a recordkeeping convenience only. Suggested tax categories in the export are educational, are not tax advice, and do not change how anything is stored — confirm every category with a qualified tax professional.
Viewing your numbers anytime
- Open the Reports tab and choose the period you need.
- For entry-level detail, open History and expand the orders you need.
Your data is saved
Everything you record is stored in your account, not only on your phone. Signing in on another device shows the same history.
