Weekly Snapshot

Your week in one screen — earnings, expenses, TRUE profit.

By TRUE Driver Profit Team · Last updated July 10, 2026 · 1 min read

The weekly view answers one question: after everything I spent, what did this week actually leave me?

What it shows

  • Total earnings for the week.
  • Total costs: estimated fuel and vehicle wear from your miles, plus other logged expenses such as tolls, parking and insurance.
  • TRUE Profit — what remains.
  • Miles driven and hours worked.
  • Profit per mile and profit per hour.

How to use it

  1. Open the History tab for the week's entries, or the Reports tab for the full analysis.
  2. Compare TRUE Profit to your earnings — the gap is what driving cost you.
  3. Look at profit per hour against your goal in Profile.
  4. Note which days beat the average and which dragged it down.

A negative week is shown plainly, without alarm colors, so you can read it and act on it.

One week is a data point, not a verdict. Three or four weeks side by side is where the pattern shows up.
