How to Add a Manual Trip

You do not have to use GPS. If an order is already over — or you forgot to start tracking — you can record it by hand and still get an accurate profit number.

How to add a completed order manually

  1. Open the Home tab.
  2. Enter the total pay you received for the order.
  3. Enter the miles you drove for it.
  4. Enter how long it took, in minutes.
  5. Select the platform.
  6. Save the order.

TRUE Driver Profit applies your MPG, gas price, and Vehicle Cost per Mile to those miles, then shows the TRUE Profit, profit per mile, and profit per hour for that order.

Getting good numbers without GPS

  • Include the miles you drove to the pickup, not just pickup-to-drop-off.
  • Count time from the moment you started moving toward the pickup.
  • Log it the same day while the details are fresh.
Very high results — for example an unusually large dollar-per-mile or dollar-per-hour figure — get flagged for review so a typo does not quietly distort your totals.
