How to Track a Pickup / Curbside Order

TRUE Driver Profit can measure the miles of an order for you while you drive, so you do not have to guess or read your odometer.

GPS tracking runs per order. You start it when you accept an offer, and it records distance until you finish the order.

How to track an order with GPS

  1. Open the Home tab and enter the offer pay, miles, and estimated time.
  2. Choose the platform the offer came from.
  3. Tap Accept & Start Order. The app moves you to the Trips tab.
  4. Keep the app open, or leave your phone unlocked in its mount, while you drive.
  5. Move through the order stages as you go, using the on-screen button for the next step.
  6. Finish the order at the drop-off. Confirm the earnings and save.

What GPS records

  • Distance driven while the order is active.
  • The time the order took, from start to finish.
  • Your True Vehicle Cost for those miles, using your MPG, gas price, and Vehicle Cost per Mile settings.

Permissions

Your phone will ask for location permission the first time. Allow location access, and choose the option that lets the app read your location while you are using it. Without permission, the app cannot measure miles and you will need to enter them yourself.

If your phone screen locks or you switch away for a long stretch, some mileage can be missed. Check the miles on the completion screen and correct them before saving.
