How subscription cancellation works for TRUE Driver Profit.

You can stop a paid TRUE Driver Profit plan at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Free and Pro access code accounts
Free accounts have nothing to cancel. If your Pro access came from a Pro access code, there is no paid subscription to cancel.
How to cancel an active plan
- Sign in to TRUE Driver Profit.
- Open Profile → Membership.
- Choose "Manage subscription" to open the Paddle billing portal.
- Cancel your plan in the portal. You will keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
If you cannot find the option
Email support@truedriverprofit.com from the address on your account and we will handle it.
Cancelling does not delete your data. Your trips and expenses stay in your account unless you delete the account itself.
