Set Up Your Profile & Vehicle

TRUE Driver Profit uses one vehicle profile, and it is what makes your cost numbers real. Setting it up takes about a minute.

How to set up your vehicle

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Choose your Vehicle type.
  3. Under Vehicle & fuel, enter MPG — your realistic miles per gallon in delivery driving, not the sticker number.
  4. Enter Gas price per gallon for what you actually pay.
  5. Enter Vehicle Cost per Mile. The default is $0.20.
  6. Tap Save profile.

What these values do

MPG and gas price produce the fuel portion of your True Vehicle Cost. Vehicle Cost per Mile estimates maintenance, repairs, tires, and depreciation. Together they are applied to the miles of every order.

City delivery driving usually returns lower MPG than highway driving. Use a number that matches how you actually drive.
