How to Review Vehicle Records

Vehicle Records collects what your vehicle is costing you, so the true price of driving is not spread across a dozen screens.

What you will find

  • Maintenance — services and repairs you have logged.
  • Fuel — your fill-ups.
  • Repairs — larger fixes.
  • Expenses — everything else you have recorded against the vehicle.
  • All — the complete list.

How to review it

  1. Open Vehicle Records.
  2. Use the filters to focus on one type of cost.
  3. Compare the total against the miles you drove in that period.
  4. Check whether your Vehicle Cost per Mile setting is close to what you are really spending.
If your logged maintenance and tire costs keep exceeding the Vehicle Cost per Mile estimate, raise the per-mile value in Profile so future offers are judged honestly.
