Steps to try
- Close and reopen the app.
- Reload the page if you are using it in a browser.
- Update your browser or reinstall the app to your home screen.
- Free up storage on your phone.
- Close other apps running in the background.
- Restart your phone.
While driving
- Turn off battery saver during a shift.
- Keep the phone cool — heat throttles performance and GPS accuracy.
- Use a charger in the car; continuous tracking uses power.
If slowness persists, open Diagnostics from Profile and send what it shows along with a Feedback report.
