How to Track a Pickup / Curbside Order
This guide follows a Pickup order from start to finish on the Trips screen, so you can see when time and mileage are tracked at each stage.
Step by step
1. Start the Pickup order
On the Trips screen, choose the platform, select Pickup as the order type, and tap Start Order Tracking.
2. Drive to pickup
Tap Drive to Pickup. Driving miles increase while you travel. Tap Arrived at Pickup when you get there.
3. Load the order
While you wait and load the order at the store, mileage is paused.
4. Drive to the customer
Tap Start Driving to Customer. Tap Arrived at Customer when you reach the drop-off.
5. Deliver the order
Hand off the order and tap Order Delivered.
6. Complete the order and choose what's next
Choose your next step: Return to Same Location, Go to Different Location, Take a Break, End Workday, or Not now.
