Oil changes come around fast when you drive for a living. Recording each one keeps your cost per mile realistic and gives you a service history you can look back on.

How to log an oil change

  1. Open the Expenses tab.
  2. Tap the oil change category.
  3. Enter the amount you paid.
  4. In the note, record your current odometer reading and the oil type used.
  5. Save the expense.

Finding your history

Open Vehicle Records and use the Maintenance filter to see your service entries together, so you can tell at a glance when the last change was. Oil changes are kept as records; their cost is already included in your Vehicle Cost per Mile.

TRUE Driver Profit does not send service reminders. Use the odometer note on each entry to judge when the next change is due.
