How to log your phone cost
- Open the Expenses tab.
- Tap the phone category.
- Enter the amount for the period you are recording.
- Save the expense.
Business portion
Most drivers use one phone for both personal and work purposes. Record the share that reflects your driving use rather than the entire bill, and keep the same approach every month so your trend line stays comparable.
Mounts, chargers, and cables are equipment costs — log them under other.
A phone plan repeats every month, so it is a good candidate for a monthly fixed cost instead of a one-time entry.
