Recurring Expenses
Insurance, subscriptions, and other monthly costs.

Some costs arrive every month whether you drive or not: insurance, your phone plan, a car payment's running costs. TRUE Driver Profit calls these monthly fixed costs.
Why they matter
Fixed costs do not belong to any single order, but they still have to be covered by your earnings. The app spreads them evenly across the period you are viewing so your profit reflects real life.
How to set one up
- Open the Expenses tab.
- Scroll to the recurring section.
- Choose the category, such as insurance or phone.
- Enter the amount and how often it repeats.
- Save it.
The total appears under Monthly fixed costs at the top of the Expenses tab and is included in Impact on profit (this month).
Set your recurring costs once, then keep logging only what varies. Review them whenever a bill changes.
